In the complex, the antcin or a salt thereof, or an ester derivative, or a composition exists in such an amount as to reduce the amount of the anti-tumor drug and reduce cytotoxicity to normal cells. In the complex, the antcin is antcin A, antcin B, antcin C, antcin D, antcin E, antcin F, antcin H, or antcin K.【課題】腫瘍を治療及び／又は予防し、腫瘍の成長を阻害する比較的低毒性の効率的な方法、特に、概して全身化学療法に関連する毒性を更に改善する方法の提供。【解決手段】アントシン又はその塩若しくはエステル誘導体若しくは組成物と組み合わせた抗腫瘍薬の複合物であって、前記アントシン又はその塩若しくはエステル誘導体若しくは組成物が、前記抗腫瘍薬の量を低減し、正常細胞に対する細胞毒性を低くする量で存在する複合物。前記アントシンがアントシンＡ、アントシンＢ、アントシンＣ、アントシンＤ、アントシンＥ、アントシンＦ、アントシンＨ又はアントシンＫである複合物。【選択図】なし
