The present invention relates to a wireless operating fishing boat with a photovoltaic module and, more specifically, to a wireless operating fishing boat capable of fishing by remotely operating a wireless operating boat with a photovoltaic module which accumulates electricity by allowing a user to receive sunlight from a surface of reservoir, river and sea.
