PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological optical measurement apparatus which can appropriately set an amplification factor of a measurement signal for passing light received by a light receiving probe.SOLUTION: A biological optical measurement apparatus 100 disclosed by this invention comprises: a light receiving unit 120 which receives passing light that has passed through the inside of a living body 190 with a light receiving probe 151b when measurement light is emitted separately from a plurality of irradiation probes 151a, converts the received passing light to an electric signal, and outputs a measurement signal V amplified at a preset amplification factor and a data processing unit 400 which generates biological optical measurement data by digitally converting the measurement signal V output from the light receiving unit 120.
