The present invention relates to an agricultural working vehicle and, more specifically, to an agricultural working vehicle with an anti-slip device for gear shift, which adjusts an engagement lead time required for engagement of a clutch in consideration of the slope of the agricultural working vehicle to effectively prevent slippage of the agricultural working vehicle occurring in gear shift on a hill. According to the present invention, an agricultural working vehicle (1) with an anti-slip device (100) for gear shift comprises: a slope detection unit (110) detecting the slope of the agricultural working vehicle (1)； the clutch (120) transferring or blocking power of the engine (2) to or from a transmission (10)； and a control unit controlling the engagement lead time required for engagement of the clutch (120) by ΔT_1 when the slope of the agricultural working vehicle (1) exceeds a preset reference value. Moreover, when the engagement lead time of the clutch (120) in the case the slope of the agricultural working vehicle (1) does not exceed the preset reference value is ΔT_2, the ΔT_1 is less than the ΔT_2.본 발명은 농작업차량에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 농작업차량의 기울기를 고려하여 클러치의 체결(engage)에 소요되는 체결 소요 시간을 조절하여 줌으로써, 경사지에서의 변속시 나타날 수 있는 농작업차량의 밀림을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 변속시 밀림 방지 장치가 구비된 농작업차량에 관한 것이다.본 발명에서는 변속시 밀림을 방지하는 밀림방지장치(100)가 구비된 농작업차량(1)에 있어서, 상기 농작업차량(1)의 기울기를 감지하는 기울기감지부(110)； 엔진(2)의 동력을 변속기(10)로 전달하거나 차단하는 클러치(120)； 및 상기 농작업차량(1)의 기울기가 미리 정해진 기준치를 넘는 경우, 상기 클러치(120)의 체결(engage)에 소요되는 체결 소요 시간을 ΔT1로 제어하는 제어부(130)를 포함하며, 상기 농작업차량(1)의 기울기가 상기 미리 정해진 기준치를 넘지 않는 경우의 상기 클러치(120)의 체결 소요 시간이 ΔT2인 경우, 상기 ΔT1 은 상기 ΔT2 보다 짧은 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 농작업차량(1)을 개시한다.
