PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a prior DPI which uses powder supply, the prior DPI requires a complicated mechanism for opening a capsule or a blister which is individually sealed.SOLUTION: A dry powder inhalator and a dry powder inhalator storage cassette comprise a cell for storing a slender carrier in which plural dosages of fine powders containing a bioactive substance, are stored in advance. The cell seals the dosages which are stored in the cell in advance, and the carrier is configured to pass an outlet provided on a moisture prevention sealing system and move forward from the cell to a chamber. The moisture prevention sealing system may loosen during forward movement of the carrier.
