PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking aid that can easily decide a pain-related behavioral change in a pain test using a non-human primate as a test animal.SOLUTION: A walking aid 1 is provided for assisting the biped walking by hind limbs of a test animal being a non-human primate. The walking aid 1 has: a holding member 10 having a holding unit 14 for holding a neck of the test animal; a support body 20 for supporting the holding member 10 so that a height position of the holding unit 14 becomes the height position of the neck in a bipedal posture when the test animal A walks; and wheels 30 provided at a lower part of the support body 20.
