The present invention provides an endoscope and an endoscope coil fixing device which can improve the durability and the maintenance performance of the operation lines in a coil fixing unit arranged inside an operating part. The base end side of a dense winding coil 72 is fixed in the operating part 12 by the coil fixing unit 64 composed of a pipe component 74 and a sleeve component 78, the base end 73 of the dense winding coil 72 penetrates the pipe component 74, and in a state that the base end 73 of the dense winding coil 72 is configured at the position closer to the base end side than a first base end 75 of the pipe component 74, the pipe component 74 is jointed with the dense winding coil 72 by welding. The pipe component 74 jointed with the dense winding coil 72 penetrates the sleeve component 78, and the pipe component 74 and the sleeve component 78 are jointed by a soft solder. The soft solder is fused at maintenance, and the pipe component 74 is taken off from the sleeve component 78.
