A calculation unit 35 and a display unit 22 are provided. The calculation unit 35 plans the egg E sorting process in the chicken egg sorting device 10 based on the order data in which orders for a plurality of products are input. The display unit 22 displays at least one of the raw egg plan information 23, the distribution plan information 24, and the relationship information 25. The raw egg planning information 23 relates to the raw egg E supplied to the raw egg supply unit 11 of the chicken egg sorting device 10 planned by the calculation unit 35. The distribution plan information 24 relates to eggs E that are divided by size by the distribution unit 14 of the chicken egg sorting apparatus 10 planned by the calculation unit 35.
