PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of easily setting such radiographic conditions as to reduce an exposure dose while maintaining image quality usable for a medical diagnosis by utilizing information on image quality or an image use situation and an exposure dose based on radiographic conditions set in past radiography.SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic apparatus (e.g. an X-ray CT apparatus 1) stores radiographic conditions with each photography and compares the exposure dose for each site on radiographic conditions determined that image quality has reached a level usable for a diagnosis. The radiographic conditions with a small exposure dose as a result of comparison are reflected as the next radiographic conditions.
