The present invention relates to a cold/hot mat for a companion animal, comprising: a case which has an inner space and an opened upper side； a mat plate which covers the upper side of the case and on which the companion animal sits or lies； a thermoelectric element which is mounted in the case and generates cold and heat when power is applied； a partition plate which is disposed in the case to partition the inner part of the case into upper and lower spaces, wherein the upper part of the thermoelectric element is exposed to the upper space and the lower part of the thermoelectric element is exposed to the lower space； a heat transfer member which is disposed in the upper space of the case to be closely attached to the upper part of the thermoelectric element； and an air flow generation unit which is connected to the upper and lower spaces of the case to generate air flow in the upper and lower spaces, respectively.
