PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialysis powder dissolving apparatus and dialysis powder dissolving method capable of easily and reliably dissolving the dialysis powder that is stuck to an inner peripheral wall surface of a dissolution bath in a dialysis powder dissolution process.SOLUTION: The dialysis powder dissolving apparatus includes: a liquid delivery pump P1 capable of delivering liquid in a first dissolution bath 2 to a second dissolution bath 3 an overflow line L5 causing liquid exceeding a prescribed liquid level in the second dissolution bath 3 to flow to the first dissolution bath 2 stirring means 4 disposed at the second dissolution bath and control means 5 for controlling the liquid delivery pump P1 to deliver the liquid at discretionary timing. The dialysis powder dissolving apparatus dissolves the dialysis powder stored in the second dissolution bath 3, in water fed to the first dissolution bath 2 to create dialysis liquid concentrate. In the dialysis powder dissolution process, the control means 5 controls the liquid delivery pump P1 to perform a liquid level lowering process of lowering the liquid level in the second dissolution bath 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】透析用粉末剤の溶解過程において溶解槽の内周壁面に固着した透析用粉末剤を容易且つ確実に溶解させることができる透析用粉末剤の溶解装置及び透析用粉末剤の溶解方法を提供する。【解決手段】第1溶解槽2の液体を第2溶解槽3まで送液可能な送液ポンプP1と、第2溶解槽3内にて所定の液位を超えた液体を第1溶解槽2に流動させ得るオーバーフローラインL5と、第2溶解槽に配設された攪拌手段4と、送液ポンプP1を制御して任意タイミングにて送液し得る制御手段5とを具備し、第1溶解槽2に供給された水で第2溶解槽3に収容された透析用粉末剤を溶解して透析用原液を作製可能な透析用粉末剤の溶解装置において、制御手段5は、透析用粉末剤の溶解過程において、送液ポンプP1を制御することにより第2溶解槽3内の液位を低下させる液位低下工程を行わせ得るものである。【選択図】図5
