The present invention relates to a belt of treating intrauterine hemorrhage, and more specifically, to a belt of treating intrauterine hemorrhage, formed in a belt shape to be worn on an outer side of the abdomen of a user. The belt of treating intrauterine hemorrhage comprises: an upper uterus pressing part formed on an upper end of the belt and including an upper uterus pressing means for pressing an upper portion of the uterus of a user； a uterine body stimulation part formed on a lower side of the upper uterus pressing part and including a uterine body stimulation means provided in a position corresponding to a position of the uterus to stimulate an uterine body； and a lower uterus pressing part formed on a lower side of the uterine body stimulation part and including a lower uterus pressing means to press a lower portion of the uterus. According to the present invention, the belt of treating intrauterine hemorrhage applies pressure corresponding to a shape and size of the uterus by using anatomical and physiological characteristics of uterine smooth muscles, thereby barely causing burden on the body, achieving effective treatment on postpartum hemorrhage and causing a uterine contraction.
