PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus, which does not require electric connection to a radiation generator, is not influenced by size of an irradiation field of radiation, and easily controls operation synchronized with irradiation timing of radiation.SOLUTION: An irradiation switch 15 of an X-ray generator 11 is provided with a sensor unit 29 for detecting operation force (pressurizing force) given to an operation button 57. The sensor unit 29 is connected to a photography controller 23 of an X-ray photographing apparatus 12, and when the operation button 57 is pressed and operated, a pressure detection signal is output to the photography controller 23.
