The element exerting the pressure function on the urethra, pyramidal in the manner of a protuberance (4), is located in the lower part of the interior of the device and its task is to impinge on just the urinary duct or urethra, made of density silicone very low, exerting a continuous and even pressure without being excessive. It is envisaged that the inner region of the device at its upper part (7) is covered or also filled with highly silicone material to prevent the device from being able to turn.Prótesis de colocación externa que hace las veces de esfínter sobre el canal urinario masculino, compuesta por un único cuerpo de estructura preferentemente cilíndrica-circular (1) realizada íntegramente en material de silicona de diferente densidad de la empleada en el ámbito sanitario. El elemento que ejerce la función de presión sobre la uretra, de forma piramidal a modo de protuberancia (4) se encuentra en la parte inferior del interior del dispositivo y su cometido es incidir sobre justamente el conducto urinario o uretra, fabricado en silicona de densidad muy baja ejerciendo una presión continua y uniforme sin ser excesiva. Se ha previsto que la zona interior del dispositivo en su parte superior (7), quede cubierta o rellena también por material silicona sumamente para evitar que el dispositivo pueda girarse.
