PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measurement system capable of simplifying a mechanism for operation of a bar code reader by using one type of ID reading device such as a bar code reader and solving a cost problem.SOLUTION: A biological information measurement apparatus 100 creates measurement data ID and displays the measurement data ID on a display part. A relay server 200 receives the measurement data ID and measurement data from the biological information measurement apparatus 100 (communication data A), and receives the measurement data ID, patient ID, and nurse ID that are read from the display part of the biological information measurement apparatus 100 by a bar cord reader 431 from a hospital terminal 400 (communication data D). When the measurement data ID included in the communication data A is matched with the measurement data ID included in the communication data D, the relay server 200 creates communication data E by associating the measurement data included in the communication data A with the patient ID and the nurse ID included in the communication data D and transmits the data to a hospital information server 300.
