An artificial vestibular organ system according to the present invention comprises: an artificial semicircular canal; a liquid filling the inside of the artificial semicircular canal; an artificial hair means for sensing the movement of the liquid in the artificial semicircular canal; a signal conversion unit for converting a signal generated from the artificial hair means into a body stimulation signal; a body stimulation pulse generation unit generating a body stimulation pulse by using the body stimulation signal, and transmitting the generated body stimulation pulse to the ampulla; and a power unit for supplying power to each component. The artificial hair means can be constituted in a pressure sensing manner for sensing pressure according to the flow of the liquid or in a velocity sensing manner for sensing the flow velocity according to the flow of the liquid. The pressure sensing type artificial hair means can be formed of one of a flex sensor, a piezo sensor, and an FSR sensor, and the velocity sensing type artificial hair means can comprise: a rotary blade rotated according to the flow of the liquid; and a velocity measuring device for measuring the rotation speed of the rotary blade. The artificial vestibular organ system according to the present invention can be applied to a human body having a damaged vestibular organ so as to act as a semicircular canal.Selon la présente invention, un système d'organe vestibulaire artificiel comprend : un canal semi-circulaire artificiel ; un liquide remplissant l'intérieur du canal semi-circulaire artificiel ; un moyen formant poils artificiels pour détecter le mouvement du liquide dans le canal semi-circulaire artificiel ; une unité de conversion de signal pour convertir un signal généré par le moyen formant poils artificiels en un signal de stimulation de corps ; une unité de génération d'impulsion de stimulation de corps générant une impulsion de stimulation de corps à l'aide du signal de stimulation de corps, et tr
