PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crown restoration chip capable of easily and surely acquiring an appropriate contact pressure at a contact point with an adjacent tooth without using an existing wedge or an interdental separator when restoring a crown of a complicated cavity, and to provide a crown restoration method using the crown restoration chip.SOLUTION: A crown restoration chip 1 includes: a columnar or prismatic main shaft part 2 a head part 4 provided at one end of the main shaft part 2 and having a round shape and a grip part 3 integrally erected orthogonally to the longitudinal direction of the main shaft part 2 and is formed of a same material as a filler for filling the cavity. The crown is restored using the crown restoration chip 1 and the crown restoration chip is temporarily mounted in the cavity of a patients tooth, with the head part 4 brought into pressure contact with an adjacent tooth.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】複雑窩洞を歯冠修復する際に、既存のくさびや歯間離間器を使用することなく、隣在歯とのコンタクトポイントでの適切なコンタクト圧を簡便かつ確実に得ることができる歯冠修復用チップ及び歯冠修復用チップを使用した歯冠修復方法を提供する。【解決手段】歯冠修復用チップ1は、円柱形状または角柱形状の主軸部2と、主軸部2の一端部に設けられた丸みを帯びたヘッド部4と、主軸部2の長手方向に直交する方向に一体に立設された把持部3とを備え、窩洞に充填する充填剤と同質の材料で作製される。歯冠修復用チップ1を使用し、ヘッド部4を隣在歯に圧接させた状態で患歯の窩洞に仮着して歯冠修復を行う。【選択図】図1
