PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated powder which has light diffusion characteristics and proper brightness in order to show a skin as a natural finish by improving the brightness and transparent feeling of the skin while hiding fine unevenness of the skin, such as fine wrinkles and pores, and to provide a makeup cosmetic which is combined with the coated powder.SOLUTION: The coated powder, which makes diffusion of light and brightness compatible, is prepared by coating the surface of a bright tabular powder with a colloid calcium carbonate, and the makeup cosmetic is combined with the coated powder. That is, when the makeup cosmetic is combined with the bright tabular powder coated with a colloid calcium carbonate, a natural finish can be accomplished by improving the brightness and transparent feeling of the skin while hiding the fine unevenness of the skin.
