The present invention relates to a new probiotic Lactobacillus paracasei KBL382 strain derived from humans, a Lactobacillus paracasei KBL384 strain, or a Lactobacillus paracasei KBL385 strain and a use thereof for improving intestine health of the strain and treating or preventing an intestine disease.
