PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine and a massage machine diagnostic system capable of quickly identifying a cause of an abnormality or a component required to be repaired (replaced/adjusted) when an abnormality occurs.SOLUTION: A massage machine includes a massage machine body having a treatment part for performing a treatment to a user, an operation state detection part for detecting an operation state of each of a plurality of predetermined components constituting the massage machine body, a storage part for storing the operation state, and a control part for controlling an operation of the massage machine body.
