The present invention relates to a bifunctional compound containing amino group and diamide-dithiol ligand and a manufacturing method thereof, in which the bifunctional compound contains amino group and a set of diamide-dithiol ligand. The amino group functions to bond a compound containing carboxylate or halogen, and the diamide-dithiol ligand functions to bond technetium or rhenium to form an anion complex. Thiol contained in the diamide-dithiol ligand provides a protective group against oxidation, helping preservation. The protective group is automatically separated in the complexing reaction.
