PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baked sweet potato manufacturing apparatus capable of manufacturing delicious baked sweet potatoes free from baking irregularity, which achieves weight reduction and downsizing.SOLUTION: A baked sweet potato manufacturing apparatus 1 includes a baked sweet potato manufacturing container 2, an electric heater 3 disposed in the lower part of the inside of the baked sweet potato manufacturing container 2, a plate-like sintered carbon body 4 of a crystal structure disposed above the electric heater 3, and a large number of granular sintered carbon bodies 5 of a crystalline structure disposed above the plate-like sintered carbon body 4.
