PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a neckline of an ice bag user to be cooled for a long time using ice easily available even away from home.SOLUTION: An ice bag 100 for cooling a neckline of a user by being worn on the neckline of the user includes an inner bag member 20 for storing ice 30, an outer bag 10 for storing the inner bag member 20 inside, and an inner bag member connection part 21 to which the inner bag member 20 is attached. The inner bag member 20 includes a molten water discharge part 22 for discharging molten water 31 generated by the melting of the stored ice 30 to the outside of the inner bag member 20 when the ice bag 100 is worn.
