PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic agent which is excellent in high-temperature stability, yields a coating film having high gloss after solvent vaporization and imparts an excellent coloring property to a colorant which is compounded, in particular, an oily hair cosmetic agent represented by a mascara etc.SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic agent comprises (a) a dextrin fatty acid ester, (b) a sucrose fatty acid ester having an average degree of substitution of 3-8 and (c) &le5 mass% oily component which is solid at 30°C and optionally further comprises (d) 1-50 mass% oily component which is liquid at 30°C (a flowable oily component which does not volatilize at ordinary temperature), (e) 0.01-30 mass% colorant, (f) 1-40 mass% film-forming agent and (g) 30-80 mass% volatile oily component.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】 高温安定性に優れ、溶媒揮散後の塗膜が高い光沢を有し、さらに色材を配合した場合には、色材の発色性に優れる油性化粧料、特にはマスカラ等に代表される油性毛髪化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】 (a)デキストリン脂肪酸エステルと、(b)エステルの平均置換度が3~8のショ糖脂肪酸エステルと、(c)30℃において固形である油分を5質量%以下、を含有し、所望によりさらに、(d)30℃において液状である油分(常温で揮発しない流動油分)を1~50質量%、(e)色材を0.01~30質量%、(f)被膜剤を1~40質量%、(g)揮発性油分を30~80質量%含有する油性化粧料。【選択図】 なし
