The present invention provides a liquid antibacterial agent composition comprising (a) water, (b) a water soluble polymer, and (c) at least one water soluble antibacterial agent； and the water soluble polymer and the at least one water soluble antibacterial agent. It relates to clothes, curtains, blinds, bedding, wallpaper or laundry products, including agents. The present invention also relates to a method for producing the above liquid antibacterial agent composition comprising the step of mixing water, a water-soluble polymer, and at least one water-soluble antibacterial agent aqueous solution.
