PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus capable of bringing an experimental animal into a terror-conditioned model animal while using a non-invasive stimulation, and to provide a model animal conditioned by terror non-invasively.SOLUTION: Terror conditioning is performed by causing an experimental animal arranged in a first passage to enter a second passage, and causing the experimental animal that has entered the second passage to fall suddenly. The second passage is positioned so that the experimental animal arranged in the first passage can enter thereinto, and has a function to cause the experimental animal that has entered to fall suddenly. A terror-conditioned model animal that, even when being arranged in the first passage again, does not make an attempt to enter the second passage by causing the experimental animal to fall suddenly in the second passage is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】非侵襲性の刺激を用いながらも、実験動物を恐怖条件づけされたモデル動物にすることができる製造方法と製造装置を提供し、かつ、非侵襲的に恐怖条件づけされたモデル動物を提供すること。【解決手段】第１通路に配置した実験動物を第２通路に進入させ、第２通路に進入した該実験動物を不意に落下させて、恐怖条件づけを行う。第２通路は、第１通路に配置した実験動物が進入し得るように位置し、かつ、進入した実験動物を不意に落下させる機能を有する。実験動物を、第２通路において不意に落下させることによって、第１通路に再び配置されても第２通路に進入しようとしない恐怖条件づけされたモデル動物が得られる。【選択図】図１
