PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood vessel sampling instrument capable of smoothly cutting and sampling a blood vessel.SOLUTION: A blood vessel sampling instrument 1 is inserted into an organism from a tip side and samples a blood vessel Vf with fat. The blood vessel sampling instrument 1 comprises: an outer tube 2 and an inner tube 3 which are a tubular shape, and into which the blood vessel Vf with fat is inserted and a blood vessel cutting part 4, which is provided at a tip part of the outer tube 2, for cutting the blood vessel Vf with fat inserted into the inner tube 3. In the blood vessel sampling instrument 1, the blood vessel cutting part 4 cuts the blood vessel Vf with fat by moving the outer tube 2 to the tip side with respect to the inner tube 3.
