PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to apply an anesthetic drug to a nasal cavity which is expected to improve the gains of a medical institution.SOLUTION: The device comprises: a bar-like body 20 that is equal to or longer than the distance from a nostril to a choana an anesthetic drug adhesion part 22 obtained by forming a recess extending a predetermined length in the peripheral surface near the tip of the body 20 and a grip 30 provided at the proximal end of the body 20.
