To provide a hair-treating composition having a good spreading ON hairs in their treatment, excellent in usability, preventing the damages of the hairs in the treatment, imparting excellent finger-passing through property and natural gloss original to the hairs after the treatment, and also in the case of using it as an oxidative hair dye stuff and excellent in leveling property of the hairs.
SOLUTION: This hair-treating composition used as a hair-bleaching agent or the oxidative hair-dyeing agent is characterized by containing a polyoxyethylene-cured castor oil and 1,2-alkane diol, and also containing as desired and hydrocarbons and/or silicones.
