FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to operative obstetrics and can be used for combined mechanical and hypothermal arrest of postpartum hemorrhage with temporary regulated stagnation of circulation. A device comprises a uterine fixation device in the form of a tubular case with a sleeve for attachment to a vacuum source on a non-working end and with vertical aspiration holes on a working end to hold tissues by extension, a handle and a cervical fixation device in the form of a supplementary tissue holding device with a fastener and a holder to be fixed on a surface of the tubular case. The fastener of the supplementary tissue holding device is cylindrical. The axially rotatable cylinder is arranged on the non-working end of the tubular case which is provided with through holes for tissue fixation by extension with using vacuum discharge through the vertical aspiration holes of the tubular case. On the tubular case, there is a reciprocating tubular knife with vertical cutting holes. The holes are sliding and coupled with the vertical aspiration holes to hold tubular case tissues provided with cutting edges. The tubular knife is spring-assisted and has a compression spring between an incurved front edge of the working end of the tubular knife and a front wall of the working end of the tubular case. The working ends of the tubular case and the supplementary tissue holding device are two-layered, corrugated and water-filled by filling channels and deaerated by discharge channels, tightly capped and the device is cooled to freeze water. A handle wall of the tubular case has a trapezoid channel comprising a trapezoid gate with its projecting upper wall for moving in a slot of the cervical fixation device into a slot of the tubular case to fix their position functioning as a fixed stop.EFFECT: effect of the invention consists in arrest of postpartum hemorrhage from a vaginal approach with preserving a uterine and eliminated perforation.3 cl, 5 dwgИзобретение относ
