The present invention relates to a device for molding a popped rice snack, wherein popped rice and taffy are quantified, supplied, and mixed in a mixing tank to be molded and produced into a stick shape in a snack molding unit. More specifically, a Teflon coating layer (110) having non-adhesion is formed on an inner surface of the mixing tank (30). An LED heating unit (130) having heating LEDs (132) arranged therein to heat the mixing tank is formed on an outer surface thereof. A water spraying nozzle (120) for spraying water towards the inside of the mixing tank is formed in an upper part thereof.
