The present invention relates to a super-absorbent thin film core layer, which consists of mixed fibers in which a sheath core hollow composite fiber and a uneven structure cross section fiber are fused between pulp layers, and in which a super-absorbent polymer is dispersed in the mixed fiber, the sheath core hollow composite fiber is an eccentric sheath core hollow composite fiber in which a hollow part is eccentric, and a cross-sectional shape is curved. In addition, a sheath component which is a low melting point polymer is melted at the constant temperature, and the mixed fibers and the super-absorbent polymer are fused. The uneven structure cross section fiber is composed of a plurality of protrusion parts and depressions embedded in the center. The super-absorbent thin film core layer consists of protrusion parts of heterogeneous cross-section fibers of a uneven shape adjacent to each other or a space part formed surrounded by the protrusion parts of heterogeneous cross-section fibers of a uneven shape adjacent to each other and the sheath core hollow composite fiber.본 발명은 고흡수성 코어층에 있어서,펄프층 사이에 시스코어 중공복합섬유와 요철구조 이형단면섬유가 상호 융착된 혼합섬유로 구성되고 상기 혼합섬유에 고흡수고분자가 산재분포되며, 상기 시스코어 중공복합섬유는 중공부가 편심형인 편심형 시스코어 중공복합섬유이며, 단면형상이 굴곡진 특징이 있고, 상기 시스부 성분은 저융점고분자로 일정한 온도에서 용융되어 상기 혼합섬유 및 고흡수고분자를 융착시키는 특징이 있으며,상기 요철구조 이형단면섬유는 다수의 돌출부 및 중심으로 함입된 함몰부의 형태로 구성되며, 상호 인접한 요철형태의 이형단면섬유의 돌출부에 의해 또는 인접한 요철형태의 이형단면섬유의 돌출부와 시스코어 중공복합섬유에 의해 둘러싸여 형성된 공간부로 구성되는 것에 특징이 있는 고흡수성 코어층에 관한 것이다.
