To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of changing a frequency characteristic of an output of a transmission circuit.An ultrasound diagnostic apparatus 100 includes a probe 10, a transmission unit 20, and a control unit 50. The transmission unit 20 includes a plurality of transmission circuits 22, and each transmission circuit 22 outputs an ultrasonic transmission signal to the corresponding vibration element 12. A frequency characteristic variable circuit 24 is provided in the output stage of each transmission circuit 22.
