The present invention relates to an orthognathic system using a three-dimensional hybrid image constructing program, which comprises: a CT device for performing CT on a skull of an orthognathic target patient for an orthodontic diagnosis plan establishment； a dental clinic server for preparing basic data for an orthognathic treatment on the basis of CT image data photographed by the CT device to transmit the same to an orthognathic device manufacturing company server, inputting jawbone incision data received from the orthognathic device manufacturing company server to a three-dimensional hybrid image constructing program to perform a virtual orthognathic treatment, and transmitting a virtual orthognathic result to the orthognathic device manufacturing company server； and an orthognathic device manufacturing company server for merging CT data and gingival data using the three-dimensional hybrid image constructing program on the basis of the basic data received from the dental clinic server, extracting the same to generate a three-dimensional jawbone image file for the virtual orthognathic treatment, incising a jawbone from a program using the generated three-dimensional jawbone image file, and transmitting data thereof to the dental clinic server.본 발명은 3차원 하이브리드 영상 구축 프로그램을 이용한 악교정 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 3차원 하이브리드 영상 구축 프로그램을 이용한 악교정 시스템은, 악교정 진단 계획 수립을 위해 악교정 대상 환자의 두개골에 대한 CT 촬영을 수행하는 CT 촬영 장치； CT 촬영 장치에 의해 촬영된 CT 촬영 영상 데이터를 바탕으로 악교정을 위한 기초 데이터를 준비하여 악교정 장치 제작회사 서버로 전송하고, 악교정 장치 제작회사 서버로부터 수신한 악골 절개 데이터를 3차원 하이브리드 영상 구축 프로그램에 입력하여 가상 악교정을 수행하고, 가상 악교정 결과를 악교정 장치 제작회사 서버로 전송하는 치과의원 서버； 및 치과의원 서버로부터 수신한 기초 데이터를 바탕으로 CT 데이터와 잇몸 데이터를 3차원 하이브리드 영상 구축 프로그램을 이용하여 병합하고, 이를 추출하여 가상 악교정을 위한 악골 3차원 영상 파일을 생성하며, 생성된 악골 3차원 영상 파일을 이용하여 악골을 프로그램 상에서 절개하고, 그 데이터를 치과의원 서버로 전송하는 악교정 장치 제작회사 서버를 포함하여 구성된다.
