PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soft capsule agent which hardly causes softening of a capsule film and adhesion of a surface while using glycerin as a plasticizer, and is excellent in luster and transparency.SOLUTION: A capsule coating is prepared by forming a composition for a soft capsule coating comprising: a base containing gelatin as a main component； and a plasticizer containing sorbitol, maltitol and glycerin as a main component. Then, the prepared capsule coating is filled with the content of the capsule to prepare a soft capsule agent. The soft capsule agent of the present invention is excellent in plasticity and flexibility, does not cause adhesion between soft capsules or containers, and is excellent in luster and transparency.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】 グリセリンを可塑剤として使用しながらも、カプセル膜の軟化や表面の粘着を引き起こしにくく、艶や透明性に優れた軟カプセル剤を得ること。【解決手段】 ゼラチンを主成分とする基剤；並びに、ソルビトール、マルチトール及びグリセリンを主成分とする可塑剤；を含む軟カプセル皮膜用組成物を成膜してカプセル皮膜を調製する。次いで、調製したカプセル皮膜にカプセル内容物の充填を行って軟カプセル剤を製造する。本発明の軟カプセル剤は、可塑性及び柔軟性に優れ、軟カプセル剤同士や容器との接着を起こさず、艶や透明性に優れている。【選択図】なし
