PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sustained release-pharmaceutical compositions capable of maintaining a stable and sustained-release plasma concentration in an injectable depot formulation containing a peptide compound.SOLUTION: The invention provides a sustained release-pharmaceutical composition containing as an active ingredient octreotide which is a somatostatin analog together with two or more different polylactide-co-glycolide polymers (PLGA). The PLGA has a lactide:glycolide monomer ratio of 100:0-40:60, preferably, the intrinsic viscosity in chloroform is 0.9 dl/g or less. The pharmaceutical composition can be suitably used in a long-term maintenance therapy of an acromegaly patient, and in the treatment of serious diarrhea and flush associated with malignant carcinoid tumor and vasoactive intestinal peptide tumor (vipoma tumor).SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】ペプチド化合物を含有する注入可能なデポー製剤において、安定で持続的な血漿濃度を維持可能な徐放性医薬組成物の提供。【解決手段】活性成分としてソマトスタチン類似体であるオクトレオチドを、２種またはそれ以上の異なるポリラクチドコグリコリドポリマー（ＰＬＧＡ）とともに含有する徐放性医薬組成物。前記ＰＬＧＡは１００：０乃至４０：６０のラクチド：グリコリドモノマー比を有し、クロロホルム中における固有粘度が０．９ｄｌ／ｇ以下であることが好ましい。前記医薬組成物は先端巨大症患者の長期維持療法、並びに悪性カルチノイド腫瘍及び血管活性腸管ペプチド腫瘍（ビポーマ腫瘍）と関連する重度の下痢及び紅潮の処置に好適に用いることができる。【選択図】なし
