PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical connector by which a male luer can be stably connected.SOLUTION: The medical connecter 100 is a needleless connecter having a housing 200 and an elastic seal member 300, has an opening part 201 connectable with the male luer 501 such as a syringe 500 in one end of the housing 200 and a male type luer connecter 202 with a lock ring in the other end. The male luer 501 is connected by forcibly opening the slit 304 of the elastic seal member 300 closing the opening part 201 and the distal end outer periphery of the male luer 501 is fitted to the male luer fixing part 224 formed in the housing 200.
