PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device and an information processing system for monitoring a health state of a monitoring target person to report the health state, and to provide a program and an information display method for displaying the reported health state of each monitoring target person on a display part of a portable terminal device.SOLUTION: A controller monitors a state of a monitoring target person by a human sensor or a bed sensor or the like, and transmits warning information to a monitoring server in the case that a state to be warned occurs. The monitoring server stores received warning information and also transmits the received warning information to a portable terminal device.
