The hospital bed comprises a bed body, a transmission device, an inflatable mattress, an inflating device and a deflating structure, wherein the transmission device comprises an output wheel and a recovery wheel which are respectively arranged at two sides of the bed body； the inflatable mattress is arranged on the bed body and is provided with an air bag and an air passage communicated with the air bag； one end of the inflatable mattress is wound on the output wheel and the other end of the inflatable mattress is wound on the recovery wheel； the inflating device comprises an air valve connected with the air passage and used for inflating the air bag, so that the air bag can be expanded to form the inflatable mattress for a patient to use； and the deflating structure is arranged at a position adjacent to the recovery wheel.
