According to the present invention, a table refrigerator having a cold space inside including a cooling means to cool the cold space, and a control means to control the cooling means to be placed on an upper surface of a dining table comprises: a case forming the cold space by a space surrounding a bottom, a ceiling, both side walls, and a rear wall, and having an inlet formed in a front side； a door coupled to the inlet of the case to open/close the inlet of the case； and a tray having a food container placed on an upper part to be withdrawn and received through the inlet of the case. The cooling means includes a thermoelectric element installed in the case to allow a heat absorption part to be exposed to the cold space, allowing a heat radiating part to be exposed to the outside of the case.
