PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation container-holding structure capable of holding a cultivation container at a desired height and capable of easily forming a flow path directly under the cultivation container.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a cultivation container-holding structure 1 comprises a cultivation container 3 and a placing table 4 that supports the cultivation container 3 and forms a flow path 17 just below the cultivation container 3. The cultivation container 3 comprises: a hollow main body 5 having an upper opening 5a, a first protrusion 6 formed on a lower surface 5b of the main body 5 to form a fitting structure with the placing table 4 and at least one water supply/drain hole 7 formed in the flow path 17 on the bottom of the main body 5. The mounting table 4 comprises: a pair of block-shaped first mounts 10 supporting the cultivation container 3 and a pair of block-shaped second mounts 12 forming the flow path 17 between the pair of block-shaped first mounts 10.
