The present invention relates to a composition for alleviating and treating prostatic diseases, and a method of treating prostatic diseases by using the same, wherein the method comprises the following steps: (A) dietary soda, citric acid, and dietary sulfur, all of which are food additives, are prepared (B) the dietary soda : the citric acid : the dietary sulfur are weighed in a ratio of 1 : 1-2 : 1-3 and mixed (C) water is added to and mixed with a mixture composition containing the dietary soda, the citric acid, and the dietary sulfur to foam the mixture composition and (D) the mixture composition, which can be foamed by mixing with water, is attached to the skin between testicles and an anus so as to enable the mixture composition to be delivered and effective to a prostate gland, wherein the dietary soda serves to discharge wastes inside the prostate gland, the citric acid serves to kill harmful bacterial, and eliminate and discharge wastes inside the prostate gland, and the dietary sulfur serves to kill harmful bacteria, eliminate wastes, and perform antibiotic functions inside the prostate gland. According to the present invention, the composition uses food additives, and thus is harmless to be used on a human body, and can rapidly eliminate and discharge wastes accumulated in the prostate gland, thus facilitating a more comfortable urination.
