摘要:
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method of modifying the surface of methyl methacrylate of a dental prosthesis with low-temperature gas-discharge plasma of low-pressure oxygen by changing the contact angle of wetting on water and free surface energy. Method includes examination of surface characteristics of modified prosthesis in patient with involvement of oral mucosa. Modification of the patient's prosthesis is performed by placing the prosthesis in the region of high-frequency discharge of capacitive type, controlling temperature of the polymer during treatment by a contactless infrared pyrometer, edge angle measurement by falling drop method on optical device and standard determination of free surface energy by Owens-Wendt method with subsequent analysis of investigation results. Performing the methylmethacrylate surface modification follows the preliminary clinical diagnosis of a mucous membrane involvement. As a group of clinical control when modifying the surface of methylmethacrylate dental prosthesis patients are selected without disruption of the integrity of the oral mucosa, by determining the contact wetting angle on water, degrees (°θw) are selected, by determination of free surface energy is selected mJ/m2 and their quantitative content is determined for modification of dental prosthesis surface from methyl methacrylate. Wetting contact angle measurement for the clinical control group is taken to be 60.5–90.0 °θw. Range of 18.2–40.5 mJ/m2 is taken for measurement of free surface energy for a group of clinical control. If the inflammatory disease of the oral mucosa is diagnosed of infectious genesis, the modification of the surface of the dental prosthesis of methyl methacrylate corresponds to the wetting contact water surface characteristics in range of 26.0–42.0 °θw, and the surface free energy – in range of 55.3–65.6 mJ/m2. If the non-infectious genital inflammatory disease of the oral mucosa is diagnosed, the surf
