PURPOSE: A system for pulverizing and coloring dried red pepper is provided to maintain clear color and flavor of red peppers in case of pulverizing peel and seed together, and prevent red pepper powder from being damaged by heat. CONSTITUTION: A system for pulverizing and coloring dried red pepper comprises a dried red pepper transfer device(1) consisting of a input hopper(2), a transfer screw(3), and a transfer pipe(4)； a first pulverizing device(10) for pulverizing the transferred dried red pepper； a first cyclone collecting device(20) transferring the powder to the inside of a cylindrical body with air pressure of a first dust collector(30)； a coloring device(40) and a cooling transfer device(50) positioned at lower part of the first cyclone collecting device； a second pulverizing device(60) dispersing and pulverizing the lump of powder ejected from the cooling transfer device； a second cyclone collecting device(70) transferring the second pulverized powder with air pressure of a second dust collector(80)； and a collecting container(90) positioned below the second cyclone collecting device. A lower transfer pipe(14) is connected to the outlet in the lower part of an outer body. The first and second cyclone collecting device comprise a cylindrical body, a centrifugal hopper(22), and an air discharging pipe which is connected to each dust collecting device.
