C본 발명은 양봉용 탈수장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 꿀 속 내부를 회전시키나 초음파를 조사하여 교반하거나 또는 꿀을 담고 있는 저장체를 회전시켜 꿀을 교반함으로써, 꿀 속에 함유되어 있는 수분을 용이하게 증발시키면서 내부 농도가 균일해지도록 하되, 꿀을 담고 있는 다수의 저장체를 동시에 배열할 수 있는 건조실을 마련하여, 다량의 꿀을 일률적으로 단시간 내에 교반하면서 건조작업을 시행할 수 있도록 하며, 이를 위한 건조실 내부의 온도를 사용자가 지정하는 꿀이 고형화되지 않고 수분증발이 용이해지는 온도로 항시 균일하게 제어가 가능한 양봉용 탈수장치에 관한 것이다.
