The proximate end has an upper proximate body and a lower proximate body, where the upper proximate body of the proximate end of the isolation chamber has a plurality of fixing means； an inlet for genital comprising a retractable non-adhesive sheath to receive and hold the genital while in use； an inlet for fluid； a spraying apparatus comprising a channel for fluid and a plurality of nozzles.
