The ready-made vehicle body (10) has at least one motor (18), at least one rear wheel (12), two horizontally mounted guiding tubes (14), a front wheel frame (15) slidably mounted around the two guiding tubes (14), and at least one front wheel (16). The at least one wheelbase actuator (20) is mounted on the ready-made vehicle body (10), is located between the two guiding tubes (14), and is extendably connected with the front wheel frame (15). The seat module (30) is mounted on the ready-made vehicle body (10) and has a seat body (33) detachably mounted on the ready-made vehicle body (10).
