PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method for a wire receiver of a bending tube capable of joining the wire receiver to the bending tube with high strength.SOLUTION: A welding method for a wire receiver of a bending tube includes: a projecting melting part forming step of forming a projecting melting part at least at one portion in a first area from a boundary position to a contact position with a position where a distance combining an inner periphery of a joint ring and an outer periphery of the wire receiver in an irradiation direction of laser beam that gradually increases as it goes away in the circumferential direction of the joint ring from the contact position between the inner periphery of the joint ring and the outer periphery of the wire receiver becomes identical to the maximum gap allowable width to be the maximum value of the distance a molten material is swollen into a projection shape while welding as the boundary position; and a recessed melting part forming step of irradiating the laser beam to at least one portion in a second area opposite to a contact part side in the circumferential direction of the joint ring to the boundary position after the projecting melting part forming step and forming a recessed melting part in the wire receiver via the projecting melting part by dropping the molten material of the joint ring melted by the laser beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】湾曲管に対してワイヤ受けを高強度に接合することができる湾曲管のワイヤ受けの溶接方法を提供すること。【解決手段】湾曲管のワイヤ受けの溶接方法は、節輪の内周とワイヤ受けの外周との接触位置から節輪の周方向に離れるにつれて漸次増大する、節輪の内周とワイヤ受けの外周とをレーザ光の照射方向で結ぶ距離が、溶接時に溶融物が凸形状に膨出される距離の最大値である最大隙間許容幅と同じになる位置を境界位置とし、該境界位置から接触位置までの間の第一領域の少なくとも一箇所に凸状溶融部を形成する凸状溶融部形成工程と、凸状溶融部形成工程の後に、境界位置に対して、節輪の周方向における接触部側と反対側の第二領域の少なくとも一箇所に、節輪の外周側からレーザ光を照射し、該レーザ光によって溶融した節輪の溶融物を、凸状溶融部を経由してワイヤ受けに垂れ落とし凹状溶融部を形成する凹状溶融部形成工程と、を含む。【選択図】図3
