The invention relates to novel crystalline forms of baricitinib with phosphoric acid of the chemical formula of 2-[l-ethylsulfonyl-3-[4-(7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)pyrazol-1- yl]azetidin-3-yl]acetonitrile phosphate. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour leur préparation ainsi que leur utilisation dans des compositions pharmaceutiquement acceptables.
