PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system which can easily change the settings of an endoscope and an endoscope processor.SOLUTION: A filing device 140 has a device body 141 being a personal computer, a filing monitor 142, and a keyboard and mouse 143 being a filing input section, and connected with an endoscope processor 120 through Ethernet (R). The device body 141 mainly has a filing CPU 144 and a filing storage section 145. The filing storage section 145, such as a hard disk and an SSD for example, stores observation setting data. The filing monitor 142 displays the observation setting data. The keyboard and mouse 143 are used to operate the device body 141 and used to change the stored observation setting data.
